UNIVERSITY ATHLETE Courses
At Oxford, students balance academics with athletics at the highest level. Borrowing from our experiences as 'Oxford and Cambridge' Varsity Athletes, we created Oxford Athletica to address a need in the market for leadership courses that offer rigorous summer courses that blend the ultimate team sport - ROWING - with university academics.

Our Mission
AN OXFORD EXPERIENCE: At Oxford Athletica Sports Academy, our mission is to provide quality sports and academic education. We believe in the power of sports to promote physical and mental wellbeing, and we strive to create a fun and inclusive environment for all our students.
ALL of OUR INTRUCTORS are Oxford University alumni, current tutors, or current students. Our rowing team instructors have rowed competitively for his/her Oxford college's 1st VIII or 2nd VIII or for the Oxford University Blues Boats.
Our Programmes - University Athlete Course + Adult Course
Adult Courses: We offer a wide range of programmes for all ages and skill levels. Our experienced rowing coaches are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential, whether they are beginners or aspiring professionals.
University Athlete Course: This specialty course is for adults who compete in sports for their respective universities and colleges. We design courses that help develop teamwork skills through rowing VIII's and assign each student an individual Oxford Tutor who will assist them on their academic plan. Our subjects include: 1) Strategic Communications; 2) Sports Business & Brand Marketing (includes license management); 3) Individual Subject Tutorials.
Sports Facilities - Oxford University College Boathouse
Our state-of-the-art facilities sports facilities include indoor and outdoor fitness equipment, access to Oxford college boathouses
Accommodations - Oxford University College
Our courses are based in University College, Oxford and we assign each participant a single student room with shared facilities. We dine (breakfast and dinner are provided) collectively in Univ's 17th Century Dining Hall, we have a Formal Hall experience at the end of the course, and we enjoy Oxford Athletica-sponsored pub crawls and other evening activities to wind down after a busy day.
